* Start Company up, get Bad Baby files converted over to Avalon Logo and Brand.

* Buy Banner Ads to promote Avalon’s arrival and offerings.
* Brand, Brand, Brand
* Hire 10 freelance writers
* Begin the following Product Lines

* Continue releases in the flowing Product Lines
Mini-Games

* Enter the Top 75 Publishers on One Book

* Remain in the Top 100 publishers on One Book
* Find out information from One Book for Publisher Rank goals. (If they will tell us)
* Gross $4,000 in 2010 (10% Increase in sales)
* Find new markets to sell our games. Get onto Pazio
* Increase / improve relations with current markets for our games, One Book, e23, WGD, YGN

* Promote / and find new venues to promote Avalon upon. Forums, Blog, Face Book, others

Year 2, 2011
* Gross $5,000 in 2011 (20% Increase in sales)
* Begin the following Product Lines
More / New Avalon Pathfinder Lines
Pathfinder Arcana, Worlds of Wonder Arcana source books
Quad (As pat of Mini-Game Line)
* Continue releases in the flowing Product Lines

* POD (Might move it up to year one))
* 50 readers of Game Geek each month
* Remain in the Top 75 Publishers on One Book
* Enter the Top 50 Publishers on One Book
* Print Ads (?)
* Seek out retail partners, work out some sort of E-publishing / Retail partnership
* Increase commission for freelance writers who have shown they are a strong part of the company’s future, offer an additional 5% on the commission (20%) of their current and past products. This reward of good work will aid in creating loyalty and communal / share interests.

Year 3, 2012

* Gross $6,000 in 2012 (15% Increase in sales)
* Licenses. Would like to seek out the possibility of e-publishing some of the old SPI, Avalon Hills games, and or other 70’s / 80’s titles. As well as other outdated materials.
* 75 Plus readership of Game Geek each month
* Increase commission for freelance writers who have shown they are a strong part of the company’s future, offer an additional 5% on the commission (25%) of their current and past products. This reward of good work will aid in creating loyalty and communal / share interests.

Year 4, 2013
* Gross $7,000 in 2013 (15% Increase in sales)
* 100 readers of Game Geek each month
* Look into buying other publishers out, acquire their products, and or more Licenses.

Year 5, 2011
* Gross $8,000 to $10,000 in 2014 (15% to 30% Increase in sales)
* 100 Plus readership of Game Geek each month
* Full print publication selected products (?)
* Non gaming based publications, Fiction, Art, Second Monthly E-zine (Some sort of fiction based offerings)
